On March 1st, 2024, Osijek will resonate with the melodies and memories of the late Croatian legend, Oliver Dragojević, as the city hosts a special concert dedicated to celebrating his timeless music.
The event, titled “In Oliver’s Footsteps,” stands as a testament to Dragojević’s enduring influence on Croatian music and culture.
The project, “In Oliver’s Footsteps,” is a heartfelt tribute to the memory of Oliver Dragojević, a musician whose voice and songs have left an indelible mark on the hearts of many.
Led by the band Dupini, who shared the stage with Oliver for nearly three decades, the concert features a lineup of esteemed performers including Petar Dragojević, Tedi Spalato, Zorica Kondža, Jure Brkljača, Dino Petrić, Cambi, and other close friends and collaborators of the late singer.
United by a common purpose and supported by the Dragojević family, the project aims to preserve Oliver’s musical legacy for generations to come. Damir Osredečki, the project’s producer, highlights the profound friendship and camaraderie shared among the participants, emphasising Oliver’s role as a cherished friend to all involved.
