Hypo Alpe Adria Bank Croatia For Sale

Austrian banking group Hypo Alpe Adria Bank is selling its banks and leasing companies in Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Serbia and Slovenia. The banking group which was nationalised by the Austrian government to avert a bank collapse, is gathering tenders until 7 December.
The total balance of bank sales amounts to almost 11 billion euros, with 1.1 million customers and 250 branches in the region.
