Iconic Musical Evita Coming to Croatia

The West End & Broadway production of Tim Rice & Andrew Lloyd Webber’s iconic musical Evita is coming to the Croatian capital.

After 40 years of success on West End and Broadway with over 20 awards and translated into 14 languages, Evita finally comes to Croatia.

Evita will open at Arena Zagreb on 28 February 2018.

The musical has won a number of awards for songs ‘Don’t Cry For Me Argentina’, ‘You Must Love Me’ and ‘Another Suitcase in Another Hall’.

The 2017/2018 Evita tour is produced by the Broadway Entertainment Group with Bill Kenwright, the current president of the Everton Football Club, the main director of the musical.

Actress Emma Hatton, who starred in ‘We Will Rock You’ and ‘Dreamboats and Petticoats’, plays the lead role in the musical which concentrates on the life of Argentine political leader Eva Perón, the second wife of Argentine president Juan Perón.
