IKEA Advertise Hundreds of Jobs in Zagreb

Swedish furniture giants IKEA have this week announced a host of job vacancies for its Zagreb store which is expected to open its doors in a few months…
The first round of jobs, which were advertised on Monday, will see IKEA employ around 110 new staff members in the food department, inwards goods, and the damage assessment and furniture repairs department. The second round of applications will open on 28 February and close on 7 March, and will see a further 150 people employed in sales and customer service positions.
“All interested candidates can fill out online the CV template in the Croatian language at www.ikea.hr/posao .Those candidates who pass the first screening will then have telephone and group interviews. We will then invite the selected candidates to an Assessment Center where through a variety of tasks and interactions we will better understand and identify values shared by IKEA,” said IKEA’s head of human resources in Zagreb Ana Josipović.
IKEA plan to employ around 300 people before it opens its first store in Croatia.
