Croatian international Šime Vrsaljko has signed for Italian club Inter Milan, it was confirmed on Wednesday night.
The Italian giants have signed Vrsaljko on a one-year loan deal from Atletico Madrid for a reported 6.5 million euros, with also a right to buy the right-back out of his 17.5 million euro contract.
Gazzetta dello Sport reveals that Vrsaljko will earn around 3 million euros from the deal with a long-term contract expected to be signed next season.
Vrsaljko joins fellow Croatians Marcelo Brozović and Ivan Perišić at Inter Milan with rumours circulating that Luka Modrić could possibly also make the move to the San Siro this summer.
Meanwhile, Croatian midfielder Milan Badelj, who scored the opener against Iceland at the World Cup for Croatia, has signed for Lazio.
