Krka National Park Offering Half-Price Entry for April Weekends

One of Croatia’s most beautiful National Park’s will be heavily discounting entry tickets in the month of April.
Krka National Park, which had over one million people visitors in 2016, will from 1 April 2017 introduce promotional prices.
Every Saturday and Sunday during April individual adult tickets to the National Park will cost 50 kuna, with children under 18 accompanied by an adult free. Regular ticket prices in April are 110 kuna, jumping to 180 kuna in the peak tourist season (July & August).
With 7 waterfalls and numerous culture sights, Krka National Park is one of the country’s real gems.
“All visitor content is open and all boat excursions are available towards Visovac Islet, Roški Slap, Krka Monastery and the medieval fortresses of Nečven and Trošenj”, Krka NP said.
The ‘Weekend Outdoors’ campaign also includes the hospitality facilities at Skradinski Buk and Roški Slap, with special menus offered at promotional prices.
Krka National Park, which celebrates its 32nd birthday this year, is named after the river Krka that it encloses.
It is located along the middle-lower course of the Krka River in central Dalmatia, in the Šibenik-Knin county. It was formed to protect the Krka River and is intended primarily for scientific, cultural, educational, recreational, and tourism activities.
