Londoners Treated to Virtual Croatian Holiday

Londoners on their way to work on Monday got a chance to briefly escape away from the concrete jungle of the English capital to the beaches and mountains of Croatia, thanks to a new Croatian Tourists Board (CTB) initiative launched in the UK on Tuesday…
CTB set up the ‘We’ll See You In Croatia’ booth in London’s Marble Arch and gave visitors a opportunity to get close up to Croatia via CGI green-screen technology. Those curious enough to check out what was going on could see themselves sunning it up on a picturesque Croatian beach, on board a yacht in the pristine Adriatic sea, and enjoying some outdoor activities, whilst on their ‘virtual holiday’ thanks to the new technology.

Visitors to the Croatia booth were also invited to create their own postcard and go into the draw to win a luxury 7-night all expenses paid trip to Croatia.
