The UEFA Team of the Year 2017 shortlist has been revealed today with 1 Croatian in the running.
Croatian captain, Luka Modric has been nominated as one of the 15 midfielders shortlist to make the UEFA Team of the Year 2017.
Modric’s Real Madrid team-mate Cristiano Ronaldo has been nominated for a record 14th time as 11 Real Madrid players made the shortlist.
The usual suspects are also on the list such as Lionel Messi and Neymar.
