Croatian Prime Minister Zoran Milanović has been welcomed to New Zealand by a traditional Maori Haka on Friday..
Milanović will speak at the Croatian Cultural Society in Auckland on Saturday night, his first appearance at a Croatian Community club on his 12-day visit to Australia and New Zealand after the Australian clubs closed their doors to him. Milanović has rounded off his tour down under by signing a working holiday agreement with New Zealand’s Prime Minister John Key. The agreement will allow 100 young Croatians (18-30) annually to work and travel in New Zealand for 12-months.
