Be prepared for three months of above average heat, the Croatian Meteorological and Hydrological Service has warned on its website this week…
Good news for those that enjoy the heat as July, August and September are set to bring above average temperatures across Croatia, kicked off by a heat wave which will hit over the next four days, the met service said this week. Temperatures are expected to rise past 36 degrees celsius over the weekend in Croatia as extreme temperatures hit parts of Europe.
The nation’s met office says that temperatures will be above average especially in July and August, with September slightly warmer than usual. There will also be less rainfall than usual over the next three months.
The forecasts were made on calculations of a computer model from the European Centre for Medium-Range Weather Forecasts in Reading in the UK, and also other major forecasting centers in Europe.
