‘Mladifest’ for Croatian Catholic Youth in North America to be held in New York

In 2012, a small group of parishioners of the Queen of Peace Croatian Franciscan Centre in Norval, Ontario realized they wanted a way for young Catholics of North America to come together to get closer to God, each other and to build their community.
After a year of fundraising, organizing and lots of praying, the first Mladifest was held with over 300 participants coming from across North America and the world.
The tradition continued for 10 years, with the festival making its way across Canada and the US, with events held in Vancouver, Milwaukee, Montreal, LA and more.
This year marks the 11th Mladifest and the first time it will be hosted in New York. Additionally, it’s the first-ever four-day Mladifest, extending beyond the usual three days.
Participants can look forward to a long weekend filled with powerful testimonies, praise and worship, Mass and Adoration, deep prayer, engaging group activities, and the chance to explore the unique offerings of the incredible city of New York.
Most of the event will be conducted in English to ensure ease of understanding for all participants.
Mladifest 2025 will be held on June 19 to June 22 in the heart of NYC at Sts. Cyril & Methodius & St. Raphael’s Catholic Church Croatian Parish.
New York will host this year’s event with the theme: “It is no longer I who live, but Christ who lives in me.” — Galatians 2:20. Guest speakers include Fr. Daniel Reehil, Patricia Sandoval, and Don Damir Stojić as well as worship by Amorose.

Registrations will be accepted until the end of May however, the Early Bird registration rate of $75 will be available until April 12 at 11:59PM EDT.
