Modrić returns as Croatia squad announced for Sweden and France matches

ZAGREB, 21 September 2020 – Zlatko Dalic has named a 26-man squad for Croatia’s October UEFA Nations League matches on Monday.
After losses to Portugal and France in the opening two matches this month, Croatia returns to action in October with matches at home against Sweden and France in the UEFA Nations League, as well as a friendly against Switzerland.
Croatia will meet Switzerland first up away on 7 October, followed by matches win Zagreb against Sweden (11 October) and France (14 October).
Captain Luka Modrić returns to the squad after missing the September matches, whilst there is a call-up for Lille defender Domagoj Bradarić for the first time. Marko Rog is back, as are Budimir, Čolak, Uremović, and Grbić who were called up for the first time this month.
