Last week we reported how part of the unique heart-shaped Croatian island of Galešnjak went on sale.
30,000 square meters of land on the 142,000 square meter island known as Lover’s island, was advertised for sale for €10 million.
Since then, the offer has changed.
40,000 square meters of land is now advertised for sale and the price has increased to €13 million.
– On the same day that we published the ad that we were selling our part, a neighbour called and said that he wanted to get involved – the seller’s representative, Silvestro Kardum, explained to Zadarski.hr
Kardum says that interest in the land has been far greater than he expected.
– This is a unique project and I thought that not many investors would come forward. I think that for an island like this you need to be much more creative and get out of your entrepreneurial comfort zone – he said, adding that he will meet potential buyers in Italy later this week.
Galešnjak is located in the Pašman channel between the islands of Pašman and the town of Turanj on the mainland.
– An agricultural farm that can be worked on an area of three hectares. In addition, 400 square meters of above-ground buildings and 1,000 square meters of underground buildings can be built – the add said.
Galešnjak is located in the Pašman channel between the islands of Pašman and the town of Turanj on the mainland and it is believed that people lived on the island more than 7,000 years ago.
