New Pelinkovac infused pralines launched as Kraš and Badel unite

Good news for Croatian chocolate and alcohol lovers as a new collaboration between renowned companies Kraš and Badel has been launched.
The confectionery experts from Kraš and drinks company Badel, who have been nurturing a tradition for over a century in Croatia, have combined their knowledge and excellence to create a new praline crafted in the Antique style.
The newly-launched chocolate praline is infused with the distinctive essence of the popular Antique Pelinkovac drink.
“The Croatian premium herbal liqueur, Antique Pelinkovac, now comes in its dessert variation and is the perfect choice for daring palates ready for a completely new experience of the aromatic note of wormwood at the heart of each praline. With nearly 50 percent cocoa components, the delicate shell of this praline is moulded from the fine dark chocolate distinctive of Kraš’s quality,” Kraš said in a statement.

The Antique Pelinkovac, which was declared it one of the world’s most interesting drinks a few years ago by Bar Convent in Brooklyn, is Badel’s oldest and most famous premium herbal liqueur that dates back to the year 1862, the same year the company was founded.
The drink is made from from 100% natural ingredients and the recipe is the oldest and most secret in Badel 1862 archives. The flavour is dominated by wormwood, Pelin in Croatian.

The new Kraš Selection Antique Pelinkovac pralines can be found at all Kraš retail points and from November 1st at Badel’s shop.
They will also be available on the shelves of major retail chains.
