24 August 2020 – Named after a mythical wave in Fiji, the luxury adventure and exploration yacht Cloudbreak is currently cruising the Croatian coast.
On Monday, the yacht, with a helicopter on deck, was spotted docked at the southern Dalmatian island of Korcula.
Built in 2016 by Abeking & Rasmussen, the 72-metre Cloudbreak was designed to navigate around the most remote places in the world.
The yacht, which was named among the 25 Greatest superyachts of the last 100 years by Robb Report, is valued at a reported $120 million and can sleep up to 14 guests taken care of by a trained crew of 22.
Designed by Espen Øino, Cloudbreak cruises at 12 knots and has a live-aboard helicopter, extensive tender fleet, a chalet-style room, complete with fireplace, sauna, spa, circular cinema room, winter garden, and chilled plunge pool.
The yacht is available for charters, and advertised for cruises through the ‘icy wilderness of Antarctica or voyages to remote islands of the South Pacific, heli-skiing in New Zealand, surfing in Fiji or kayaking in Greenland.’
