The most successful Croatian franchise with more than 60 stores worldwide has opened in Australia.
Croatian brand Surf ’n’ Fries has now opened its first outlet in Australia at Bondi Beach in Sydney.
“After nearly 10 years of the brand existing we are happy to open at a location like this because the Bondi beach lifestyle is into what the Surf ’n’ Fries brand represents,” said co-founder Andrija Čolak.
Launched in 2009 in Rijeka, Croatia, Surf ’n’ Fries has expanded with franchises opening up all over the world, including in Dubai, Germany, Austria, Ireland, Norway, Vietnam and Iran.
A few days ago an outlet in Cape Town, South Africa was opened, making it the third in the country.
Surf ’n’ Fries specialise in a range of various fries, from classic to crinkle wedges, to chocolate coated fries, as well as nuggets, wings, hot dogs and more.
Surf ’n’ Fries also invented oil-free technology, which they claim solves the problem of notorious unhealthy fast food items by only using air to make fries, chicken nuggets, mozzarella sticks and other Surf’n’Fries specialty products.
