One Tourist Board in Croatia is getting creative this summer by taking tourist info to the people…

The Tourist Board of the popular little tourist town of Rogoznica on the Dalmatian coast about 30 km from Šibenik will this summer become the first tourist board in Croatia to have a mobile tourist centre.

The tourist board have kitted out a retro Volkswagen van complete with an entertaining host which will do the rounds of the beaches, promenades and festivals bringing information about events and happenings in the town to the people.

The van, which has Wi-Fi, will promote such things as local restaurants, excursions, festivals, and places to stay. The van will even venture a bit of of the town to invite guests to come and visit.

Look out for the van if you are around the area this summer.
