1 April 2019 – The new luxury 5-star Grand Park Hotel in Rovinj has opened its doors for guests on Sunday.
Grand Park Hotel, which is one of the largest investment projects in Croatian tourism history, is located at the site of the former Hotel Park and is a 10-minute walk from the town of Rovinj.
The brand new 6-level hotel, which has stunning views of the old town, features 193 suites and 16 luxury suites with views of the old town of Rovinj, islands and the sea. The hotel is part of the Maistra Collection brand.
Other services and amenities at the hotel include swimming pools, sports facilities and a gym, shops and six restaurants. The hotel has a capacity of 500 guests.
Grand Park Hotel Rovinj also has one of the most luxurious spa&wellnes centres in Istria. Àlbaro Spa&Wellness spreads over 3,800m2.
The architects in charge of the design were Studio 3LHD whilst Italian studio Lissoni from Milan was in charge of the hotel’s interior design.

The zone includes Monte Mulini hotel, Lone, the first design hotel in Croatia, Hotel Eden and the Mulini Beach area. Adris has invested a total of 1.5 billion kuna in the project. The hotel opens 300 new jobs.
