Mirogoj cemetery in the Croatian capital Zagreb was again a majestic site this evening as thousands of people visited the graves of loved ones to light candles and lay flowers on All Saints’ Day.
The Feast of All Saints, or All Saints’ Day, is a public holiday in Croatia and there were big crowds at graveyards all over the country with spectacular sights just before sunset at Mirogoj Cemetery as the candles begin to take effect.
