Hotel Iti Romana Makarska (Promo)
A new 50-million euro hotel is set to open on the Makarska Riviera on Croatia’s Dalmatian coast in June 2018.
Hotel Iti Romana Makarska will be the first Iti branded hotel in Croatia and on Monday investors Romana and DER Touristik Hotels (DTH) signed a management agreement on Monday.
The new 4+-star hotel, which will be managed by DTH, is planned to open in June 2018, with 70% of 267 rooms the rooms having a sea view.
The hotel will employ 200 people when it is complete and will focus on health and sports tourism.
