Successful Croatian food company Podravka have opened an office in Dubai…
Podravka, who produce number of food products including the popular spice Vegeta, are continuing their expansion plans around the globe by opening a regional office for the Middle East and North Africa in Dubai. Nermin Salman, who was the former regional director for the Middle East, Iran and North Africa for white goods manufacturer Gorenje, will run Podravka’s Dubai office.
Podravka’s office has opened in the Jebel Ali area as part of the fast growing world free economic zone – Jebel Ali Free Zone. Podravka has become the first Croatian company to invest in the free zone.
Podravka’s most well-known brand
Baed in Koprivnica, Podravka has everything from cereals to sardines in its portfolio. In 2013 Podravka were Croatia’s 8th largest export company, exporting over 105 million euros worth of products abroad.
