Popular Finnish metal band from Helsinki, Apocalyptica, will be playing in Zagreb later this month…
Apocalyptica, who have sold over 4 million albums to date, will play at Zagreb’s Tvornica kulture on 15 October.
Originally a Metallica tribute band, the band, made up of classically trained cellists Eicca Toppinen, Paavo Lötjönen, and Perttu Kivilaakso (all three of whom are graduates of the Sibelius Academy in Helsinki) and drummer Mikko Sirén, play elements from a wide variety of genres including classical music, neoclassical metal, speed metal, alternative metal, post-grunge, hard rock, progressive metal, thrash metal and symphonic metal.
