President visits coast guard in Dalmatia

ZAGREB, April 4 (Hina) – Croatian President Zoran Milanovic, who is the supreme commander of the Armed Forces, on Saturday visited the patrol boat “Omis”, the presidential office said in a press release.
The president, accompanied by the defence minister Damir Krsticevic and the armed forces’ chief-of-staff, Admiral Robert Hranj, was informed of a state of affairs in the Croatian navy and the readiness of its personnel.
The president offered support to the coast guard staff in performing their duties in the current circumstances marked by the COVID-19 epidemic.
