The Hungarian version of the celebrated ITV studio dating reality, “Make Love, Fake Love” has started filming in the Croatian city of Dubrovnik.
The new tactical dating reality show will be filmed in a fantastic villa situated in this gem of the Adriatic Sea, and the host is the Hungarian acting superstar, Claudia Liptai. The episodes will premiere in the autumn.
“Make Love, Fake Love,” a big hit in England and Germany from the ITV studio, will arrive on VIASAT3 this autumn as “Szingli vagy Svindli.” Hosted by the charismatic Claudia Liptai, known for her spicy sense of humour, the show is set to add a fresh and vibrant touch to the channel’s lineup.
This tactical dating reality, promising a lot of excitement, unfolds in Dubrovnik, where the contestants, residing in a luxurious beach villa, can bask in the radiant summer sun.
“Our brand, AXN, is present in many countries in the CEE region, including Croatia, and we are delighted that Dubrovnik has been chosen as the filming location for our new original production called ‘Make Love, Fake Love’ (‘Szingli vagy svindli’). This area, especially Dubrovnik, is a stunning place, which will add even greater value to our show, and Hungarian viewers will get a glimpse of the treasure of this spectacular city,” said Gergely Benda, the General Manager of Antenna Entertainment.
Produced by Wisbro, this show is entirely different from traditional dating reality shows. Not everyone is who they appear to be, and the stakes are much higher than just finding love. The villa houses one single girl and ten guys, but many of them are already in relationships. Who is genuinely single, and who is faking it for the prize? Our girl must find out with the help of Claudia, the expert in love matters.
Claudia Liptai is a talented actress and host, passionate about acting since her early years and holds a degree from the Academy of Theatre and Film Arts in Hungary. While still a student, she became a member of Vígszínház, one of the most popular theaters in the country, and soon after that, she landed a role on television. Over the years, her popularity has soared, and she has hosted numerous successful productions, even having her own show. She is one of the most beloved hosts in the Hungarian television industry.
