An iconic hotel on one of Croatia’s most picturesque islands is to open this summer after extensive renovation work…
The Venetian-styled Hotel Korčula, which is located on the island of the same name, was built back in 1912, and in its glory days had seen a number of famous faces grace its rooms, including King Edward VIII and Mrs. Wallis Simpson and the wife of the 35th President of the United States Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis.
Major renovation works have been going on to return the hotel back to its early elegant glory. Set to open in June, the revamped Hotel Korčula will have 16 luxurious rooms and eight suites.
Below is a glimpse of how the hotel will look.
