Retail Sales Down to Lowest Level in a Year in May

Retail sales were the lowest in over 12 months this May, according to final data from the Central Bureau of Statistics…
Retail sales turnover was down 1.8% in May compared with the same month in 2013, its biggest drop in the last year. The drop came on the back of consecutive rises over January (0.2%), February (flat), March (1.3%) and April (0.3%). Overall Croatia’s retail consumption was down 0.5% in the first 5 months of this year, when compared with the same period last year.
