One of the true business success stories in Croatia is that of Rimac Automobili.
The high-performance electric vehicle, drivetrains and battery systems producer, famed for developing the world’s first electric supercar, recently opened up more than 100 new jobs at their Zagreb HQ.
Despite a large number of young people leaving the country to pursue careers abroad, Rimac Automobili CEO Mate Rimac has managed to attract international talent to Croatia.
“Well over 250 people make Rimac family in our facilities on the outskirts of Zagreb, where diverse backgrounds, nationalities, and experiences melt together to shape the future. 16 nationalities among Rimac employees are bringing in the expertise and culture from all over the world. People from South Asia, Europe and America are working side-by-side here and having lots of fun while doing so,” Rimac said as he posted a photo of people who represent the 16 different nations at the company.
Rimac currently has 100 job positions open and are seeking new talent from in Croatia or abroad in a number of departments, including Research & Development, Design, Vehicle Engineering, Manufacturing & Production, Autonomous Driving/Advanced Driver-Assistance Systems (ADAS), Operations, and Greyp Bikes.
“Welcome to Croatia, a country of 1000 islands and the world’s fastest electric supercar.”
