Rimac Nevera impresses Joe Rogan

Earlier this week, Croatia’s Rimac Automobili unveiled its new all-electric hypercar.
With 1914 hp, the Rimac Nevera is the most powerful car ever produced. It can go from 0 to 100 km / h in less than two seconds, and up to a quarter mile in less than nine seconds, making it the fastest accelerating car ever on the road.
The Croatia-made car has impressed since its release this week, receiving high praise from the motor industry.
“We are very proud to be in Croatia and we emphasise that everywhere. This can be seen on the design elements of the tie on the vehicle, but also on the name of the vehicle,” Rimac said.
The Nevera, named after he Croatian name for a powerful storm that races across the open sea off Croatia, even got some exposure this week on one of the world’s most-listened to podcasts – The Joe Rogan Experience.
On Friday’s episode, Rogan shared a clip of the Nevera taking on a Ferrari with guest, comedian Tom Papa.
“You wanna see something wild, there is a drag race between this new electric car and a Ferrari,” Rogan says before his producer Jamie pulls up the video.
“I do not know who makes that, is it a small boutique company, but it goes up against the newest, dopest Ferrari and when I mean it buries this ***. Watch how fast this thing buries this. It literally gets left in the dust
“It looks likes a Ferrari or a McLaren or supercar. 1900 horse power, what in the ***” Rogan concluded.
The €2m Nevera is designed and engineered to unleash an unprecedented level of performance and has the largest battery pack on the market, of 120 kilowatt hours (kWh), and the fastest charging with a maximum charging power of 500 kilowatts (kW).
