Low-cost Irish airline Ryanair has announced that it will launch three new routes to Croatia next year.

Starting in March 2018, Ryanair is set to introduce three new routes to Croatia from Frankfurt in Germany to Zadar, Pula and Rijeka, making the Croatian coast further connected to one of the main hubs in Europe.

The flights, commencing on 26 March 2018, will operate twice weekly between Frankfurt and Pula, Rijeka and Zadar.

Ryanair is Croatia’s fifth biggest carrier based on the number of weekly departing seats, operating flights from Croatia to 20 different destinations during the tourist season.

Ryanair becomes the first low cost carrier to operate from Frankfurt, making it its ninth base in Germany, Ex-Yu Aviation News reports.
