Ryanair launch 9 new Zagreb routes as new base opens

ZAGREB, 23 July 2021 – Irish low-cost airline Ryanair has opened its new base in the Croatian capital Zagreb today, almost two months earlier than initially scheduled.
“Following strong demand this summer, Ryanair’s flight schedule during winter will help position Zagreb as a key city break destination and will support the recovery of the Croatian tourism,” said Ryainair CEO Eddie Wilson.
Ryanair will offer flights to 62 destinations per week from Zagreb, including 9 new routes which were announced in Friday.
Ryanair will operate to Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Malta, Montenegro, The Netherlands, Norway, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and the UK.
New routes announced:
Zagreb – Malaga – Zagreb – twice weekly from 1 Dec
Zagreb – Dublin – Zagreb – three time weekly from 3 Dec
Zagreb – Pathos – Zagreb – twice weekly from 3 Dec
Zagreb – Basel – Zagreb – twice weekly from 3 Dec
Zagreb – Eindhoven – Zagreb – twice weekly from 3 Dec
Zagreb – Thessaloniki – Zagreb – twice weekly from 2 Dec
Zagreb – Malta – Zagreb – twice weekly from 4 Dec
Zagreb – Manchester – Zagreb – twice weekly from Dec
Zagreb – Naples – Zagreb – twice weekly from 17 Dec
Earlier this month, Ryanair opened its base in Zadar on the Croatian coast with two base aircraft and 78 weekly flights to 37 destinations.
