Ryanair launches new Rijeka route

Ryanair has launched a new route connecting Croatia and Germany.
This week flights between Hahn in Germany and Rijeka Airport, which is actually located on the island of Krk, went on sale.
As Ex-Yu Aviation writes, the new service will begin on 1 June 2025, slightly later than the initially planned 4 May launch.
The schedule remains unchanged, with flights operating twice a week on Wednesdays and Sundays.
This comes as a boost for Rijeka Airport, especially after easyJet’s decision to discontinue its services to the coastal city this summer.
Additionally, Ryanair will introduce a new Wroclaw – Rijeka route a day later, further strengthening its presence at Rijeka Airport.
With these additions, the low-cost carrier will now operate six seasonal routes to Rijeka in 2025.
