Sammir’s Serbia Prep Starts In Brazil

Although the football season in Croatia is on its mid-winter break, and does not return until mid-February, the Croatian 1st division player of the year, according to its captains, is making sure he keeps in shape.
Dinamo Zagreb’s Croatian international Sammir is back in his native Brazil and posted this photo on his facebook page (above). Sammir, who will run off any Christmas pudding along the beaches in Brazil, faces a busy start to 2013. His Dinamo Zagreb side will also join him for pre-season training in Brazil and Croatia face South Korea in London in February in a friendly match, before taking on Serbia in an important World Cup qualifier just a few weeks after on 22 March.
