T-HT shares have traded on the Zagreb Stock Exchange, with global depositary receipts trading on the London Stock Exchange since October 2007, but will be cancelled effective 6 October due to a lack of interest, the company announced. Deutsche Telekom AG owns 51% of T-HT’s shares, with the War Veterans’ Fund and the Pensioners’ Fund holding 7% and 3.5% respectively. The remaining free float is in the hands of private and institutional investors.
