Serb Coach Imposes Sex Ban Ahead Of Croatia Clash

Serbian football coach Sinisa Mihajlovic has imposed a sex ban on his players ahead of the their World Cup qualifier against Croatia at Zagreb’s Maksimir stadium in 11 days time.

“I have nothing against it, there is nothing wrong with players having sex with their girlfriends or wives 3-4 days before the match, but two or one day before it would be critical,” said Mihajlovic.

Mihajlovic though will have more to worry about than that, as one of his most experienced players, Dejan Stankovic, is now in doubt for the match. The 34-year-old Inter Milan midfielder was injured on the weekend and now faces a battle to be fit for next Friday’s match.
