The best pršut producers in the country will gather in Sinj for the 11th National Pršut and Cured Meat fair from 19-20 March in Sinj in the Split-Dalmatia County. For the 11th year in the row the fair will see the leading pršut and cured meat producers in Croatia, as well as guest producers from Italy, Slovenia and Bosnia and Herzegovina gather to present their delicacies to a large crowd that is expected to turn out once again to the popular fair.

The fair will also have an educational and competition aspect. Lectures and expert roundtables will be held, and also a competition to judge the best pršuts and cured meat products at the fair.
