Štrukli Days: Indulge in famous Croatian culinary heritage

Le Bistro at the Esplanade Hotel in Zagreb is hosting Štrukli Days from 13th to 31st January 2025.
During this period, visitors can enjoy two portions of the hotel’s signature baked štrukli for €17.
Štrukli, a traditional dish from the Hrvatsko Zagorje region, has been a staple at the Esplanade since 1951.
Esplanade’s irresistible štrukli are crafted by hand using just a few fresh ingredients, following a tried-and-tested recipe that has been cherished for over half a century.

The dough is kneaded and stretched over an entire table until it is as thin as a sheet. It is then filled with fresh cheese, shaped with a delicate porcelain saucer, steamed, placed into a ceramic dish, topped with fine cream, and baked to a golden brown perfection.

You can enjoy them as a starter, a main dish with a pinch of salt, or as a dessert with a sprinkle of sugar.
The promotional offer is available exclusively for two portions of baked štrukli consumed at Le Bistro. Each portion contains two pieces, with the regular price for one portion being €12. This offer does not extend to frozen or takeaway options.
