At the 14th annual “Women in Business” conference held on 5 December at the Mozaik Event Centre in Zagreb, Lider business magazine announced the top ten most powerful women in Croatian business for 2024.

The selection considers leadership influence, company revenue, and broader societal impact.

This year’s list highlights established leaders alongside new entrants, celebrating their exceptional achievements.

The Top Ten Women in Croatian Business 2024

1. Zsuzsanna Ortutay

As CEO of INA, Croatia’s largest company, Zsuzsanna Ortutay has consistently demonstrated exceptional financial and operational leadership. Since joining the company’s Supervisory Board in 2021, she has led INA to greater stability and growth.

2. Nataša Rapaić

The first internal appointment as CEO of Hrvatski Telekom, Rapaić’s career spans 20 years, during which she introduced key innovations, including bringing the “T” brand to Croatia.

3. Martina Dalić

CEO of Podravka, Dalić oversaw the completion of the company’s largest investment project, a €48 million logistics centre. Her strategic focus ensures Podravka’s modernisation and long-term sustainability.

4. Lada Tedeschi Fiorio

Vice President of Atlantic Grupa, Tedeschi Fiorio’s emphasis on competence and results underpins her leadership in corporate strategy and growth for this family-connected company.

5. Anita Letica

Leading Philip Morris Zagreb for over a decade, Letica has navigated market challenges with determination, maintaining her position among Croatia’s most influential businesswomen.

6. Tatjana Antolić Jasnić

A Zagrebačka banka board member, Antolić Jasnić has a 23-year career in risk management. She champions gender equality in banking and managerial roles.

7. Andrea Pavlović

Newly added to the list, Pavlović is the first woman on the board of Privredna banka Zagreb. Her innovative approach to banking aligns with her academic contributions to economics.

8. Ivana Pek Lučić

Rising from junior staff to board member of Prvo plinarsko društvo (PPD) in just nine years, Pek Lučić has been instrumental in developing the company’s strategic energy trading operations.

9. Gordana Kovačević

CEO of Ericsson Nikola Tesla for two decades, Kovačević continues to drive innovation in the ICT sector, leading one of Croatia’s key tech companies.

10. Dubravka Drk-Mravlinčić and Tamara Drk-Vojnović

Sisters and co-owners of Vindija, the pair have transformed the company into a €538 million business. They are pivotal in the development of Vindija’s workforce and systems, employing over 4,200 people.
