Alpinists and supporters of the Croatian national team have placed a supporters’ flag of the Croatian team on Dalmatia Tower in the city of Split as a sign of support for the Croatian national team ahead of the upcoming Euros in Germany.

The flag is 105 meters long, and the Dalmatia Tower is the tallest skyscraper in Croatia at 135 meters.

The fans from Bribir and Crikvenica modified the flag specifically for this occasion, and they will travel with it to Germany.

Josip Komar, owner of the Westgate Group, which includes Dalmatia Tower and AC Hotel by Marriott Split in its portfolio, expressed pride in this action, saying it is full of symbolism.

“This is the least we can do for our boys” “On the day of the city of Split, on the feast of St. Domnius, we officially opened the tallest building in Croatia with an unforgettable program. Now we have organized professional alpinists and supporters of our national team to place the large checkered flag on the Dalmatia Tower.

Due to the tower’s height and exclusivity, we believe this photo will travel across Croatia and Europe and reach the Croatian national team headquarters, further motivating them to victory,” said Komar.
