The Conversation (Razgovor), directed by Dominik Sedlar, is now available to audiences on-demand in the United States and Canada.
Released on 6 December, the film can be watched on-demand via major streaming platforms, including Amazon, and is also available for purchase on DVD.
This English-language feature, subtitled in Croatian, explores a pivotal moment in Croatian history – the only recorded meeting between Josip Broz Tito, the then-newly appointed President of Yugoslavia, and Alojzije Stepinac, the Archbishop of Zagreb and head of the Catholic Church in Croatia.
The meeting took place on 4 June 1945, against the backdrop of post-war Yugoslavia, and carries significant historical and political weight.
Starring English actors Caspar Phillipson and Dylan Turner, the film runs for one hour and 45 minutes. Its compelling narrative and strong performances have garnered praise across Croatia, Europe, North America, and Australia since its initial screening in 2022.
Fandango, the largest American movie site, announced the streaming release, alongside blockbusters such as “Gladiator II” and “Wicked”.
