Online ticket sales include e-tickets that the buyer must download from their user account after purchase and either print at home or store on their smartphone.
Only citizens of the Republic of Croatia are eligible to purchase tickets online, regardless of their place of residence, and must provide the required personal details.
Tickets for the Croatia vs Poland match can also be purchased at three petrol stations in Osijek: Strossmayerova North, Divaltova, and Mandićeva.
Each individual is allowed to purchase a maximum of four (4) tickets. In addition to their own details, the buyer must provide the details of other supporters for whom they are purchasing tickets.
These supporters do not necessarily have to be Croatian citizens.
Tickets will be on sale until the start of the match or until all available tickets are sold out. Tickets are available online via the ticket portal, where you can find detailed information on ticket sales and payment methods.
The Croatian Football Federation emphasises that security personnel at the Osijek match will strictly check and compare personal details with those on the tickets.
Only individuals whose details match those on the ticket will be allowed entry to the stadium. Fans are therefore advised not to purchase tickets on the “black market” with someone else’s details.
Additionally, the entry and display of banners and flags larger than the standard size of 2×1 metres will not be permitted.
HNS will organise a fan zone around the stadium to ensure that supporters pass through the entry controls in a timely manner and avoid last-minute congestion.
The Croatian Football Federation has been penalised with a ban on selling tickets to Croatian fans for the Nations League match between Portugal and Croatia in Lisbon on 5th September.
