Tourism Brings In 4 Billion Kuna In First 4 Months In Croatia

If the first four months of the year are indicators how the 2013 tourist season will go in Croatia, then it is set to be hugely successful one.
The Ministry of Tourism has just announced that income generated in the first four months of 2013 in the tourism sector, including accommodation, food services and travel agency and tour operator activities, totalled 4.6 billion kuna (600 million euros), up 10.23% from the same period last year.
The largest amount of revenue was generated in the accommodation sector, up 2.4% from last year to 1.47 billion kuna (195 million euros).
