It has been an Easter Monday tradition in Šibenik on Croatia’s Dalmatian coast for the last 13 years and each year it gets bigger and better.
The traditional Easter Monday breakfast shout by the Šibenik Tourist Board and the Šibenik City Council has taken place once again this morning.
More than 5,000 eggs and 15 kilograms of pancetta were used to make a giant frittata on Monday in the town centre as tourists and locals were again shouted to a free brunch.
As well as the huge frittata, there was a range of other Easter specialties on offer.
Local Šibenik children’s folklore group Balarin, children’s choir Cvarcak, KU Sustine, Ensamble Bonaca and the Šibenik City Guard made sure visitors were entertained throughout the morning.
