Two Croatian clubs in TOP 10 most productive for producing players in Europe

Croatian football club Dinamo Zagreb is the fourth most productive club in Europe when it comes to producing players, that is according to the latest study conducted by CIES Football Observatory.
The latest report studied clubs in Europe which trained the most players currently present in 31 European top divisions and the big-5 leagues respectively.
Following UEFA definition, training clubs are teams where footballers played for at least three seasons between 15 and 21 years.
AFC Ajax was top of the list with 77 players in the 31 top divisions. Dynamo Kiev jumped to second equal place with Partizan Belgrade with 69 players.
Dinamo Zagreb, who are unbeaten so far in the Europa League, is next on the list with 66 players.
Dinamo has produced a number of stars over the years, including the likes of Luka Modrić, Mateo Kovačić, Mario Mandžukić, Šime Vrsaljko and Marko Pjaca.
Meanwhile, fellow Croatian club Hajduk Split is in 9th spot with 50 players trained at the club currently present in 31 European top divisions.
When it comes to clubs which trained the most players in the big-5 leagues, Real Madrid topped the list with 36 players, followed Olympic Lyon and Barcelona.
Dinamo Zagreb was ranked 28th on the big-5 leagues list producing 14 players. You can see more detailed reports at CIES Football Observatory.
