VIDEO: Advert That Offended Croatian State TV

Croatia’s state broadcaster Croatian Radiotelevision (HRT) have banned an advert from TV and Internet provider Iskon from playing on its station until it tweaks the ad.
The advert shows Sandra, a goth, staring into the camera and the voice over saying that she worships the forces of darkness, but when she joins Iskon she will still be a goth, just a goth with the best TV/Phone/Internet package.
“The advert is not banned, but we asked the advertisers to change the sentence “Sandra, worships the forces of darkness,” so we don’t get negative reactions from the public with the propaganda message,” said HRT.
“We think we have not offended anyone with this ad, so we will not change anything. They have decided not to show it on their station, but you can see it on all the stations in Croatia,” said Iskon.
