[VIDEO] Amazing Wingsuit Skydive Over Croatia’s ‘Lover’s Island’

Galešnjak island on Croatia’s Dalmatian coast became a huge hit around the globe when Google Earth revealed it a few years back in all its glory, it is again becoming a hit today.

The small island, nicknamed Lover’s island, is located in the Pašman channel between the islands of Pašman and the town of Turanj on the mainland. A spectacular video of a wingsuit skydive over the island has quickly become a hit on Valentine’s Day.

Professional American sky diver Amy Chmelecki and Austrians Marco Waltenspiel and Marco Fürst complete a ‘heart-shaped’ jump over the heart-shaped island for Red Bull.

“Croatia is everything I expected it would be. Beautiful! There is nothing better than flying over a beautiful location in the company of dear friends”, Amy, who recently took part in an attempt to set a new record for the biggest group of women to fly linked together and upside down, said.
