Other parts of Croatia got the chance on Tuesday to welcome their heroes.

After being overwhelmed on Monday when 500,000 people turned out to welcome them back from the 2018 FIFA World Cup, a number of players today were back in party-mode, this time in their hometowns.

Zadar turned out in force to welcome home their favourite sons – Danjiel Subasic, Dominik Livakovic, Sime Vrsaljko and captain Luka Modric. Malden Grdovic was again with the quartet singing as they arrived by boat.

The players then took to the stage at Forum as the songs and festivities continued.

Over 60,000 fans turned out in Split to welcome Lovre Kalinic, Ante Rebic, Ivan Perisic, Filip Bradaric and Ivan Strinic with a huge party on the Riva.
