VIDEO: Iconic fan song ‘Dalmacijo’ gets first music video

The song “Dalmacijo,” one of the most well-known compositions associated with Croatian football club Hajduk Split, has finally received a music video.
The music video was filmed at Poljud Stadium before the start of the Hajduk – Dinamo match played on October 1, 2023.
“The song “Dalmacijo” is one of those songs that sends shivers down the spines of all fans and evokes special emotions, while commanding respect from opponents. It has marked the entrances of Hajduk players onto the field and the roar created by the fans in the Poljud stands,” the club said in a statement presenting he video.
The Hajduk-Dinamo derby was chosen for the video shoot as a magnificent fan atmosphere was created, with a packed stadium that carried Hajduk to victory. Footage from the stands in the video is combined with shots captured using the latest artificial intelligence technology, the club added.
The song “Dalmacijo” was created in 1996, sung by Alen Nižetić and the Tutti Frutti Band, and until now, it has never had a music video.
Alen Nižetić and Davor Pastuović composed the music, while the lyrics were written by Alen Nižetić, Nenad Ninčević, and Davor Pastuović. Vedran Ostojić and Vojan Koceić arranged the music, and the video was produced by Pilot Studio and HDTV. Vrisak digital added modern AI animations.
