Located in the heart of central Croatia is the beautiful Karlovac County.
The city of Karlovac was built as a six-sided star fort in the 16th century at the point of confluence of four rivers – Kupa, Korana, Mrežnica and Dobra.
The Karlovac County extends towards the north to the water springs of Jamnica, and towards the south all the way down to the mountainous regions of Gorski Kotar and Lika.

The county is home to stunning nature and attracts tourist to places like Slunj, Ogulin, Ozalj and Karlovac every year.
