Near Zlarin island, which is the smallest of the islands in the Šibenik archipelago, is an island renowed for its sponges, and even has a museum dedicated to them.
In the “Made of sponges” Museum (Muzej “od spužve”), on island of Krapanj, you can buy handmade sponges for a bath or just as a souvenir.
