VIDEO: Whisky Fair to be held in Zagreb on 7-8 February

5 February 2020 – The 6th annual regional Whisky Fair in Zagreb will take place from 7-8 February 2020 at the Plaza Event Centre in the Croatian capital.

Over 3,000 people are expected to turn out on Friday and Saturday with visitors again having the opportunity to enjoy over 100 types of whisky and learn more about the ‘water of life’ and culture of enjoying whisky over the two-day fair.

Once again there will also be whisky at the fair which is not available in Croatia as well as limited editions and visitors will have the chance to exclusively purchase them.

A number of workshops, including a whisky coffee introduction, and masterclasses will be held over the two days on a variety of subjects, including an introduction into Scottish and whisky. There will also be quizzes, auctions, tastings and more.

This year’s special guest will be Billy Abbott from The Whisky Exchange who will lead masterclasses at the fair, including about the exploration of casks.
